What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associates degree in related field and 3 to 5 years work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, Minimum 2 years’ experience in IS/IT supporting desktop hardware and software, Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting a Windows desktop/laptop/Citrix/Active Directory environment, Minimum 2 years’ experience deploying and supporting O/S migrations and introducing new technology, Minimum 1 year solid foundation working with Active Directory, SCCM and other administration tools, Experience with desktop, server and virtual operating systems, knowledge of computer hardware, Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, network hardware, protocols and standards
Nice to Have
Experience in a mainly thin client environment a plus, Industry certifications (MCSE, CompTia A+/Network Plus, Epic, etc) preferred

This includes assisting design and project managing large migrations and new technology efforts in addition to being a technical resource, providing day to day phone support and 2nd and 3rd level desktop support operations.
