What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of IT support experience, experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role, Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools, Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, Experience with Microsoft Office O365, Experience with Remote support, Experience with PC / printer hardware, Experience with VPN, Experience with Citrix, Experience with Active Directory, Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately and work to resolve them
Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in a related field, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certifications, Support office technology such as printers, AV, video conferencing, and meeting room equipment

We are looking for an upbeat and proactive Deskside Consultant for our BC branch located in Vancouver to support our clients on-site in Vancouver in the lower mainland! In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and provide an excellent customer experience, while building your experience and growing your career with Long View. The successful candidate will be required to travel between multiple sites across Vancouver; as such, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended. The successful candidate will start working hybrid and then move to fully onsite in July supporting our client.
