You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.   ## A Day in the Life Assist end-users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking; in person or remotely Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency Install applications and computer peripherals Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue Customize desktop applications to meet user needs ## What You Bring 3+ years of related experience 1+ year(s) of customer service experience Experience with the following: o Supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role o Microsoft Office O365 o Windo
