This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.

Must Have

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in related field is required., Minimum of 4+ years of experience., Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Revit (educational experience can be included)., Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities., Proficient in effective communication and teamwork., Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach., Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work., Fluent in English, with reading, speaking, and writing skills., Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice to Have

2+ years of multifamily design experience is preferred., Experience in education is applicable.

What You'll Do.

Discuss building and zoning code issues with project team

Develop and participate in presentations to design team

Produce Construction Documents of high-quality using RevitIM systems

Explore additional capabilities of the system

identifying areas applicable to our current work

Control access to original drawings and architectural files

Coordinate preliminary site plans

Review of grading and drainage plans

Attend and participate in weekly RFI and ACG Design/AHB Coordination Meetings

Act as a support role for most projects while developing understanding ACG’s standards and procedures

Assist in performing site observations during construction

Help prepare reports documenting conformance with contract documents

Perform other related tasks associated with the construction process

Provide weekly reports to Supervisor

Coordinate and respond to all AHBI issues

including but not limited to RFI’s

submittals and change orders

Coordinate with outside consultants

Serve as ACG Design contact with outside consultants

Monitor work performed by outside consultants

Comply with all ADA requirements

Work alongside Technical Director and/or senior-level architects

Assist in performing quality control plan reviews

Review all consultants’ drawings for accuracy

Follow all ACG Design policies and procedures

Promote teamwork with co-workers as well as outside consultants and entities

Represent the company in a professional manner

Keep the schedule current

reviewing on a weekly basis and coordinating priorities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Develop and participate in presentations to design team, including but not limited to the Architect Project Manager, Project Designers, other Architects, third party consultants, Design and Technical Director, and Design Director.; Attend and participate in weekly RFI and ACG Design/AHB Coordination Meetings.; Promote teamwork with co-workers as well as outside consultants and entities to achieve timely completion of all work in accordance with project schedules.

Communication Scope

Fluent in English, with reading, speaking, and writing skills.; Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.

Process & Methodology

Keep the schedule current, reviewing on a weekly basis and coordinating priorities to assure timely completion of all items on the department schedule as well as emergency needs.
