What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent, 4+ years of experience, Fluent in English, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
2+ years of multifamily design experience, 2+ years of experience in Revit
What You'll Do.
Discuss building and zoning code issues
Exhibit creative capabilities
Develop and participate in presentations
Produce Construction Documents
Explore additional capabilities of the system
Control access to original drawings
Coordinate preliminary site plans
Review of grading and drainage plans
Attend and participate in meetings
Act as a support role
Assist in performing site observations
Provide weekly reports
Coordinate and respond to AHBI issues
Coordinate with outside consultants
Serve as ACG Design contact
Monitor work performed by outside consultants
Comply with all ADA requirements
Work alongside Technical Director
Assist in performing quality control
Review all consultants' drawings
Follow all ACG Design policies
Represent the company professionally
Keep the schedule current
