Nice to Have
preferably within beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle brands, Prior experience working with a skincare, beauty, or personal care brand, Basic understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems, Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies, Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical

Role: Designer Location: Mumbai, India About the role: We're looking for a creative and versatile visualiser to join our in-house team for a leading Beauty from concept creatives and campaign artwork to short-form videos and e-commerce content. If you live at the intersection of design, storytelling, and AI tools, this role is for you. What you will be doing: With brand partner briefs, lead design of brand creatives & brand visual identity across digital, print, and packaging touchpoints Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media and brand campaigns Build e-commerce content including product listing images, banners, A+ content, and marketplace assets Collaborate closely with internal beauty studios, photographers, and brand team members to bring campaigns to life Stay ahead of design and beauty industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate creative output and ideation What you need to be great in this role: Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design, preferably within beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle brands Education: Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating brand creatives, packaging design, and video content A creative thinker who can translate brand briefs into compelling
