What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience, Proficient in basic mathematical skills, Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite, Internal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant position
Nice to Have
Degree in Design is a plus, Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus

Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up
