Our Advocacy team is central to this mission—empowering our users through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and genuine advocacy. We're looking for a Designer Advocate to partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You'll bring deep design expertise, strong product intuition, and a genuine love for the design community into our go-to-market strategies. You'll also champion our users' voices internally, ensuring their perspectives shape our product evolution. This is a full time role based at our San Francisco Hub. Must be comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time to connect with our community in person. What you’ll do at Figma: Empower users at scale: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows Create compelling content: Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams actually design and build, from early exploration to production-ready systems Inspire community connections: Foster meaningful relationships within the Figma community, identify collaboration opportunities, and nurture user-driven initiatives Speak and engage at events: Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights from real-world design work Champion user voices: Stay attun
