What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active real estate broker license in your state, Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role over a large, active agent population, People management experience is a must
Nice to Have
Additional real estate designations are a plus, Experience in a high-growth or multi-state real estate organization preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee all brokerage activities within a designated state
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead and mentor regional brokers
Act as a compliance expert
Serve as primary point of contact for state real estate commissions
Ensure all brokerage activities comply with laws
Supervise and provide guidance to Regional Brokers
Organize ongoing training programs
Monitor operational results
Promote adoption of company products
Maintain accurate documentation
