We're seeking a Design Technologist who operates at the intersection of design craft and technical execution. This is not a pure engineering role — the ideal candidate thinks visually, builds fluently, and moves seamlessly between Figma and code. You'll lead the technical execution of complex advertising campaigns and define how AI tools and workflows integrate into our creative practice — accelerating execution, reducing rote work, and unlocking creative possibilities. You'll serve as a technical leader within a multidisciplinary team, shaping scalable systems, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring peers. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in both front-end development and design sensibility. Experience in digital advertising, agency, or studio settings at scale is highly valued. This role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Key job responsibilities * Lead end-to-end technical execution of high-impact advertising campaigns across web, mobile, and app. * Architect and build high-fidelity, responsive prototypes that reflect strong design sensibility as much as technical precision — setting the quality bar for the team. * Translate design intent into pixel-perfect, production-ready experiences — maintaining visual fidelity from concept through delivery. * Identify opportunities to productize recurring creative patterns, reducing build time and increasing consistency. * Lead evaluation, integration, and operationalization of AI tools into the creative production workflow — from generative models to LLM-assisted development. * Partner with design, strategy, and engineering teams
