Experience with Figma, Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Familiarity with generative AI systems, Experience driving process improvements, Building shared tooling, Influencing technical and design decisions, Familiarity with accessibility standards, Familiarity with design systems, Familiarity with UX research integration
