What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field, Minimum of 10 years of experience in design engineering within the project management sector, Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant simulation tools, knowledge of engineering principles, design standards, and best practices, Required immediately therefor someone that can commence immediately preferred, Manager Level, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams, Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines, Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and quality assurance procedures

What You'll Do.
Manage design development and coordination

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Design Project Engineer** to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design phase of various engineering projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions that are both practical and efficient, contributing to the successful execution of projects from concept through completion. The Design Project Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating design activities during the delivery phase of projects on behalf of the Client. The role ensures that all design packages are coordinated, compliant, buildable, and delivered in accordance with project requirements, program, budget, quality standards, and operational objectives. The Design Project Engineer acts as the interface between consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and the client delivery team to ensure timely resolution of design-related matters and successful project execution. ### Responsibilities * **Design Management & Coordination** * Manage and oversee the design development and coordination process during project delivery. * Review and monitor consultant and contractor design submissions for compliance with client requirements, specifications, codes, and project objectives. * Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces across architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, specialist systems, and operational requirements. * Ensure design solutions are practical, buildable, cost-effective, and aligned with construction methodologies. * Support the timely closure of RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications, and site issues. * **Project Delivery Support** * Work closely with construction and commercial teams to ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction activities. * Monitor design progress against the project program and identify risks, delays, or coordina
