Full Job Description
Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. As our Design & Production Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of JAG’s marketing team, owning the design of high-quality creative across multiple brands and channels. From large-scale campaigns to everyday design projects, you’ll bring precision and creativity to ensure every asset is on-brand, engaging and executed flawlessly. You’ll also take the lead on production management; coordinating suppliers, managing timelines, and continuously improving how we deliver creative work at scale. If you are someone who enjoys a fast pace, hands-on design and optimising how things get done- this is for you! What you’ll be doing * Design high-quality creative across paid media, web, social, video and print * Deliver and roll out complex campaign concepts across multiple brands * Transform briefs into polished, production-ready assets that hit the mark * Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints * Lead production workflows from concept through to final delivery * Manage external designers, printers and production partners * Improve systems, templates, workflows and digital asset management * Maintain design libraries, templates and file governance standards ## Qualifications Who are we looking for? You’re a creative thinker with a production mindset. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work every time. You’ll bring: * 3–5 years’ experience in a design role within a complex or multi-brand environment * Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Canva * Strong attention to detail across design,
