What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in discipline-specific field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operating company, design, or AE firm, Experience developing PFDs, P&IDs, process layouts, and design deliverables, written and verbal communication skills, Intermediate experience with applicable Industry and Regulatory Guidance and statutory building codes
Nice to Have
EIT or PE is preferred, Highly proficient with performing complex engineering tasks with limited supervision, Experience coordinating and managing a design within a project team or with construction trade partners, and vendors, Experience with supporting construction activities such as RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch list development and construction progress reports, Basic experience with commissioning, startup, qualification, operating or troubleshooting issues with process systems

Lead project system design programming
Translate client requirements into scope
Identify departures from contracted scope
Elevate issues to Lead or Project Manager
Prepare Sequence of Operations
Review Functional Specifications
Participate in cross-discipline checks
Drive overall project quality
Provide mentorship to junior staff
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers; Communicate and coordinate with clients; Communicate and coordinate with construction managers; Communicate and coordinate with trade partners; Communicate and coordinate with vendors; Work with Lead Engineer or Project Manager; Support activities outside of their team; Coordinate and manage design within a project team; Coordinate and manage design with construction trade partners; Coordinate and manage design with vendors; Participate in cross-discipline squad checks; Participate in discipline checks
