What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in discipline-specific field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operating company, design firm setting, or AE firm for a related industry, Experience developing PFDs, P&IDs, process layouts, and design deliverables, written and verbal communication skills, Intermediate experience with applicable Industry and Regulatory Guidance and statutory building codes
Nice to Have
EIT or PE is preferred, Highly proficient with performing complex engineering tasks with limited supervision, Experience coordinating and managing a design within a project team or with construction trade partners, and vendors, Experience with supporting construction activities such as RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch list development and construction progress reports, Basic experience with commissioning, startup, qualification, operating or troubleshooting issues with process systems

Communicate and coordinate with architects and engineers; Coordinate with clients; Coordinate with construction managers; Coordinate with trade partners; Coordinate with vendors; Work with product team; Cross-discipline squad checks; Cross-discipline discipline checks; Manage a design within a project team
