We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious, and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our team. Amazon is seeking a Design Manager to create and sustain design direction for seasonal programs, guiding a team of designers to develop impactful work that delights our customers across all channels. In this role, you will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach. You will mentor designers and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will exhibit an exceptional design eye, collaborative mindset, high judgement, bias for action, ability to deliver results, be detail-oriented and be comfortable with ambiguity. You will develop best-in-class layouts and visuals that support organizational objectives while partnering with marketing teams to ensure that designs meet our customer and business needs. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact by collaborating closely with talented marketing, business, and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery.
