What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of professional experience in large capital programs in an engineering / design management position, focus airport infrastructure projects and new terminal construction of over $1Bn, Demonstrable experience using AutoCAD & Revit (MicroStation is an asset) /BIM/Civil 3D design software, Experience in Microsoft Office software, Demonstrable experience in performing design reviews and facilitating design coordination activities, Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders, technical capability in all project phases, ability to solve complex problems including by using data analytics to support solution identification, Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic level reporting to enable effective decision making, Good working knowledge of program development including scope finalization, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk assessments

What You'll Do.
Lead and coordinate design standards implementation
Oversee pre-construction phase services
Serve as client interface
Manage design consultancy agreements
Facilitate design reviews
Manage external stakeholder reviews
Provide progress and performance reports
Manage client review/approval of design
Provide technical assistance and support
Conduct and coordinate quality reviews
and support staff career development
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works collaboratively with the main contractor; Coordinates input and feedback from all stakeholders; Manages reviews by external stakeholder groups; Facilitates an effective handover between Development and Construction; Provides technical assistance and support to the delivery teams
Communication Scope
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; Ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders; Providing strategic level reporting
