In this role you will lead and oversee the architectural design development for a major railway project, ensuring all station architecture, public realm, and associated facilities are fully integrated and aligned with project objectives. The role is responsible for managing architectural design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensuring all design outputs meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, operational needs, and programme targets. The position requires close coordination across disciplines to deliver efficient, passenger-focused, and buildable architectural solutions that support overall system performance and passenger experience. **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Lead and manage the architectural design process for stations, ancillary buildings, and associated transportation facilities * Oversee preparation and review of architectural deliverables across concept, preliminary, and tender stages * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including infrastructure, rail systems, urban planning, MEP, structural, and environmental disciplines * Ensure all architectural outputs meet project requirements, design standards, authority regulations, and client expectations * Coordinate with airport stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with terminals, landside interfaces, passenger movement, and operational requirements * Ensure station architecture supports passenger flow, accessibility, wayfinding, safety, ma
