In this role, you will bring up and evaluate next-generation smart energy management products by developing embedded firmware, building automated test and characterization systems, and collaborating closely with design teams. You will work with microcontrollers and SoCs, power and mixed-signal hardware, and system software to support products from concept through release. This role emphasizes deep-dive debugging, root-cause analysis, and validation that directly impacts quality, performance, and customer success. **Roles and Responsibilities** • Develop embedded firmware (bare-metal and/or RTOS), along with scripts and lab infrastructure to evaluate, characterize, and validate ADI products. • Build automation frameworks for validation and characterization using Python, LabVIEW, or C#. • Drive system-level validation by developing test plans, defining pass/fail criteria, and ensure release readiness through robust coverage and reproducible results. • Debug hardware and firmware, analyze data to determine root causes, and drive design/fir
