If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **General Purpose:** Responsible for managing a team of Engineering & Design employees to ensure that cost, quality and delivery targets are met. **Principal Accountabilities :** * Provide technical direction to Engineering & Design teams. * Oversee resources budgeting, allocation, review and approval. * Track projects and progress through regular reviews. * Develop dashboards and reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that revenue commitments are met. * Participate in tool design and feasibility technical reviews. * Aid and guide in the development of product designs from proposal to delivery. * Provide technical support to customer and Sales team. * Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. * Provide technical direction through mold debug. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. * 9 years of engineering experience, including supervision. * Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. * Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas * Solid knowledge of injection molding. * Demonstrated ability to develop talent as a key element of executing operational business plans
