Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 4–8 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design for building or industrial projects, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, HVAC systems and air distribution, Hydronic systems and piping layouts, Industrial facility design requirements, industrial projects (semiconductor, pharma, manufacturing, etc.), codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.), BIM coordination tools, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Nice to Have
cleanroom and controlled environment design, process utility systems, US/international project standards
