The ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting technical specifications, designing mechanical and structural solutions, and preparing competitive offers aligned with customer requirements and business goals. Key Responsibilities Technical Interpretation & Design * Analyze technical specifications to define the scope of work * Design suitable products/components based on requirements * Read and interpret mechanical equipment and structural drawings Offer Engineering & Solution Development * Execute offer engineering tasks using established procedures * Create equipment layouts and perform mechanical/structural calculations * Develop sales solutions based on sound engineering principles Pricing & Estimation * Apply estimation methodologies for non-standard components * Understand pricing structures beyond standard price lists Stakeholder Communication * Present and explain engineered solutions to stakeholders * Address and clarify technical queries effectively Quality Assurance * Track and monitor KPIs related to design and estimation * Implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards Compliance & Standards * Ensure awareness and adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards Location & Work Model * This role is based at our office in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune , with flexibility for hybrid/remote working as part of our modern work c
