Produce accurate, timely, and compliant formwork designs, Support factory production and project requirements, Deliver shell plans, formwork drawings, and associated design outputs in line with agreed programmes, standards, and specifications, Prepare formwork designs, drawings, and related documentation in accordance with project requirements and company standards, Ensure designs comply with approved specifications, drawings, and production constraints, Support the effective use of design tools, software, and equipment required to perform assigned duties, Maintain accurate, orderly, and up-to-date records of all design documentation, Protect the confidentiality of all company information, documentation, and design data, Proactively raise design issues, clashes, or constraints to the appropriate line manager, Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and ways of working, Follow established procedures and escalate issues that may impact quality, safety, cost, or programme, Maintain professional conduct and good housekeeping within the design office, Use company equipment, software, and systems responsibly and in accordance with policy, Work flexibly to support business and project needs when required
