This is an important step from Hitachi Energy's Global Footprint strategy. **Your Responsibilities:** * Having an enthusiasm to translate complex customer requirements into region‑compliant, production‑ready TXpert Hub cabinet designs, taking full ownership from concept to release. * Lead and manage tender and order engineering in parallel, shaping competitive technical solutions during bidding and converting them into robust execution designs (electrical and mechanical). * Act as the technical authority in interpreting, challenging, and refining customer specifications, balancing feasibility, compliance, cost, and performance. * Perform tender‑phase (pre‑order) engineering, including analysis of customer specifications and RFQs, definition of technical concepts, configurations, and compliance approaches. * Execute order‑phase engineering, converting tender concepts into project‑specific designs and revising them based on order clarifications, customer feedback, and contractual scope. * Build and apply strong regional electrical and regulatory expertise, ensuring global standards are met with local precision. * Lead technical customer clarification and proactively identify, manage, and drive approval of deviations from standard solutions, ensuring full transparency and trace
