Join our team and start your journey today! This position is for technology development for compressors and system structure design and component qualification. **Key Responsibilities ** 1\. Mechanical Structure Design and Innovation · Design new structure to meet technology development targets · Design layout and tooling for design verification lab process and future production · Source and select the critical components, order related components and support prototype build both in Lab and in plant 2\. Components Qualification · Identify new design potential risks by DFMEA (Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) Process · Organize design review (both internal & external) on mechanical design · Work with Product Engineer to plan and setup engineering reliability qualification test if necessary 3\. TRL Project Development · Participate team activities and interface with other functional areas, such as NPD Engineering, Application Engineering, Supplier Quality and Procurement, Manufacturing. · Document Technical & Project Learning and store it in the appropriate folder for review if needed. · Problem solving and decisions making during TRL projects development process **Qualific
