Ability to both design and build with frontend craft and taste. Track record of shipping high-quality customer-facing surfaces, products, or websites. Unreasonable about quality, allergic to anything average, confusing, or unfinished. Moves fast without compromising high standards. Owns outcomes end to end and cares about details. Energized by ambiguity and setting design standards at an AI-native company. Cares about AI, software, and the future of the built world.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for complex or technical products, especially AI or data-heavy interfaces. Experience building marketing sites or microsites that performed on their own merit. Experience as a founder, early designer, or early engineer at a high-growth startup. An eye for brand, not just product UX.
What You'll Do.
Design and build customer-facing surfaces end to end, including website, marketing pages, demos, portals, workflow interfaces, and dashboards.
Maintain a high design standard across all touchpoints to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Translate complex AI capabilities into clear and trustworthy interfaces for institutional clients.
Ship critical user-facing elements such as the first-time user experience, core decision paths, and flagship demos.
Develop standalone microsites and pages.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize development based on user leverage and customer impact.
Engage with customers to understand their decision-making processes.
Pay close attention to small details like exports, emails, empty states, and loading screens.
Uphold uncompromising quality standards, ensuring nothing confusing or trust-weakening is shipped.

You should be able to design and build, with strong frontend craft, real taste and ownership across the full customer experience.
