What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Design, Drafting or similar, 10–15+ years’ experience in civil design/drafting within transport infrastructure, Experience delivering MRWA, PTA or major infrastructure projects, Advanced capability in OpenRoads Designer, 12d or Civil 3D, Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design documentation, Understanding of Australian Standards, Austroads and WA requirements, Experience working within BIM-enabled or digitally coordinated environments, Demonstrated leadership capability, Experience mentoring and developing teams, Ability to deliver work to program, budget and quality expectations
