What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of professional design experience with progressive leadership responsibilities, Proven experience leading brand and communication-focused creative initiatives across multiple channels, portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand systems, editorial design, presentations, campaigns, and visual storytelling, Experience developing scalable templates, systems, and brand guidelines, presentation and stakeholder management skills, Ability to communicate creative rationale clearly and confidently to senior leadership

Experience working within retail, consumer, lifestyle, or agency environments
