Must Have
Minimum Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline, minimum 1-year relevant direct Science/Engineering experience within medical device environment, Knowledge of medical device processes, good understanding of product and process design, Good communicator and fluent in English
Nice to Have
Good organizational skills, presentation skills, project management skills
What You'll Do.
Participate in new product development
Research technology solutions
Collaborate on Design Reliability Manufacturability methodology
Utilize 3-D drawing/printing and Augmented Reality
Support installation of new equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Develop optimal process parameters
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Support teams driving technology process innovation
Support process development
characterization and validation
Interact with product design and development personnel
Ensure processes and procedures compliance
Develop and conduct statistical analysis
Apply six sigma tools
document and present learnings
