Must Have
Minimum Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline, minimum 1-year relevant direct Science/Engineering experience within medical device environment, Knowledge of medical device processes, good understanding of product and process design, Good communicator and fluent in English

You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. # **A Day in the Life** **A Day in The Life Of:** Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned. * Actively participate in all areas of new product development including the following: Process design, Technology development & advancement, Automation, Vendor management & Project management, product lifecycle management, day to day run the business activities and post market quality and regulatory requirements * Research technology solutions and collaborate with team members on Design, Reliability & Manufacturability methodology (DRM), utilize 3-D drawing/printing and Augmented Reality to develop our best solutions that will allow us manufacture devices that will positively impact the healthcare of millions * Support the installation of new equipment, including troubleshooting and any issues found during equipment qualification and the design/development of tooling * Develop optimal process parameters through designed experimentation and independent research/understanding of the underlying scientific principles * Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, execute and deliver on New Product Development requirements * Support teams driving technology process innovation with emphasis on improving quality, reducing variation and developing state of the art automated and semi-automated systems * Support process development, characterization and validation activities to support new product introduction * Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible * Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations * Develop and conduct statistical analysis or recommend additions to document work * Apply six sigma tools to solve technical p
