What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline, minimum 1-year relevant direct Science/Engineering experience within medical device environment, Knowledge of medical device processes, good understanding of product and process design, Good communicator and fluent in English
Nice to Have
Dynamic team player, can work effectively and proactively on cross functional teams, Good organizational, presentation, project management skills are desirable
What You'll Do.
Participate in new product development
Research technology solutions
Collaborate on Design Reliability Manufacturability methodology
Utilize 3-D drawing/printing
Utilize Augmented Reality
Support installation of new equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Develop optimal process parameters
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Support teams driving technology process innovation
Support process development
Support process characterization
Support process validation
Interact with product design personnel
Ensure processes are compliant
Develop statistical analysis
Apply six sigma tools
Compile and present learnings
