This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Facilitate integration between design and construction teams to optimize project outcomes. Manage and coordinate the design process for complex, large-scale commercial projects. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications across all CSI divisions. Conduct cross-discipline drawing coordination and design quality reviews. Assess design document status by phase (SD, DD, CD) and communicate expectations. Identify, track, and address challenges during design and construction phases. Contribute constructability and technical expertise to design evolution. Understand risks and roles associated with various project delivery methods. Interpret contract documents and agreements. Coach and mentor junior associates. Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently in a highly collaborative environment. Work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related design/construction field. Experience managing complex, large-scale commercial projects.
