Limited travel may be required by car, Frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles, Noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy, Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, Ability to exert 10-25 pounds of force frequently, Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly, Use hands and fingers to handle or feel, Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of retail/customer service experience, High school diploma and or GED, Proficient in basic mathematical skills, Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite, Internal candidates a minimum of 6 months with Floor and Decor
Nice to Have
Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Greet store customers
Schedule design appointments
Develop clientele through networking
stone and accessories advice
Design and sell complete solutions
Manage multiple customer projects
Communicate with customers
Collaborate with store leadership
Support company initiatives
Coach store employees
Understand and utilize design applications
Perform other duties as assigned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with store leaders to maximize sales goals; Collaborate, partner and communicate with store leadership and employees to manage projects; Model and coach best practices with store employees
Communication Scope
Consistent and concise communication to customers and others; Proficient and consistent use of company communication tools and emails are required
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up
