What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, engineering, architecture, interior design, or equivalent demonstrated experience, Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Development, Design, and/or Construction Management, Highly competent with productivity software, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Dropbox and Sharepoint
Nice to Have
Experience overseeing a team of external consultants, Keen understanding of sourcing/procurement, building systems and maintenance, vendor management and customer service, Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts, Familiarity with architectural plans and details, Experience working in global or multi-country environments

Manage teams of project managers
Provide management of design and construction projects
Develop project strategies
Allocate resources to complete projects
Oversee and manage projects
Ensure timely project completion
Ensure efficient use of resources
Ensure successful transfer of space to end users
including selection of contractors
contract negotiations
or reject design changes
Oversee project management vendors
Create project budgets for spend approvals
Influence design guidelines
Assist in the evaluation of prospective office lease
Establish priorities with Amazon Procurement
Create/implement strategies for generation of savings on corporate
Negotiate with landlords regarding possession timing
