Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in electrical or electronics engineering, or computer engineering from an accredited institution., Proven experience as a development engineer of avionics products or electronic circuits in aviation and aerospace., Experience with Pspice, LTSpice or equivalent schematic capture and circuit simulation tool, including layout design, electronic components stress analysis and worst case circuit analysis., Proficiency with electronics lab instrumentation such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal/network analyzers, function generators, and DMMs., Experience managing and leading engineering projects and collaborating with suppliers., Familiarity/experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Flexibility to work varied hours or overtime to meet production and integration schedules., Experience working with lab technicians in fault isolation and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and military electronic LRUs.

Design and Analysis Systems Engineer, Experienced or Senior Level **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Weapons and Missile Systems in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking a **Design and Analysis Engineer** to lead the development, integration, and validation of complex electronic and circuit boards and assemblies for various weapon systems. This position reports to the Cruise Missile Systems Senior Manager and will be 100% onsite in **St. Charles, Missouri**. As a Lead Engineer for weapons electrical and electronic systems, you will oversee the subsystem lifecycle from design requirements and specifications through supplier technical management, hardware/software/firmware integration, systems testing, lab and missile integration, qualification and flightworthiness testing.
