Design and Analysis Engineer - Avionics Test (Associate or Mid-Level) **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a **Design & Analysis Engineer** to support the Richter Avionics Lab at **Eglin Air Force** **Base, Florida**. The Richter Lab is a system integration and test facility supporting the F-15 flight test community for the United States Air Force. Principal responsibilities will include collaborating within a group of dedicated engineers to support the test and evaluation of new aircraft sensors, weapons, datalinks, and airborne computing systems. The successful applicant will have an interest in continual learning and a desire to apply their skills in a dynamic flight test organization. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of F-15 systems, aviation operations or maintenance experience, or experience in a comparable development and test laboratory environment. The team performing this work provides an innovative friendly environment, with high levels of collaboration, peer mentoring, and opportunities for individual empowerment and project leadership. If selected, you will be routinely exposed to a wide variety of interesting projects involving development and upgrades of complex avionics and armament systems on the F-15 fighter aircraft.
