What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Eleven or more years of experience in accessibility, inclusive design, digital ethics, responsible AI, compliance, or related fields., Deep knowledge of WCAG, assistive technologies, and relevant regulatory frameworks., understanding of AI ethics topics, including fairness, bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, and harm reduction., Demonstrated success advising cross functional teams and influencing enterprise strategy., Experience designing or supporting tools, frameworks, or automated systems that scale practices across large organizations., Excellent communication skills that make complex topics actionable.
Nice to Have
Experience in a large-scale enterprise, healthcare, or regulated environments., Familiarity with product development, design systems, engineering workflows, or content strategy., Experience with accessibility audits, ethical risk assessments, or AI impact evaluations., Proficiency with automated testing tools and AI evaluation techniques., Recognized thought leadership or published work in accessibility, digital ethics, or responsible innovation.
