Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Monitor and respond to production incidents during the night shift, applying immediate mitigation actions to restore system stability. Conduct structured root cause analysis (RCA) after incident stabilization and implement permanent corrective solutions. Maintain, support, and evolve Java-based systems, including both legacy applications and Spring Boot modern architectures. Perform corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance across backend services and applications. Use Elastic APM and Kibana to analyze traces, logs, and system performance during troubleshooting activities. Develop and maintain frontend components using React, supporting full-stack application continuity when required. Analyze and understand business rules to assess the operational impact of incidents and proposed solutions. Support integrations through REST/SOAP services and messaging queues, ensuring system interoperability. Apply advanced SQL skills to investigate issues and optimize database performance when needed. Requirements: Strong experience with Java (versions 7/8 and 11/17/21), including both legacy and modern applications. Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot (REST APIs, JPA, Security). Proven ability in advanced production troubleshooting and incident management. Strong experience conducting structured root cause analysis (RCA). Proficiency with SQL and databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, including query optimization. Experience using Elastic APM and Kibana for observability, tracing, and log analysis. Working knowledge of React for frontend maintenance and development. Experience with Git workflows, including hotfix and production maintenance branches. Familiarity with system integrations via SOAP and REST APIs, as well as message queues. Nice to have: Docker, Kubernetes, WebLogic, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and microservices architecture.
