What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years derivatives experience, Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Expertise in Contracts for Difference (CFDs), Working knowledge of exchange-traded options, Experience in trade and position monitoring, Proficiency in Excel, Proficiency in reporting tools
Nice to Have
Familiarity with ASIC regulatory requirements, Experience in start-up environment, RG146 accreditation in Derivatives
What You'll Do.
Serve as point of contact for clients
Provide responses to client enquiries
Assist clients in understanding exposures
Liaise with internal teams
Monitor live client CFD positions
Identify and escalate unusual activity
Support daily reconciliation of client positions
Assist with management of corporate actions
Prepare and deliver position reports
Contribute to regulatory reporting
Maintain and improve reporting templates
Identify opportunities to improve processes
Support build-out of derivatives offering
Collaborate with global teams
Contribute to development of educational content
Liaise with UK Treasury teams
Identify and escalate liquidity risks
