ROLE OVERVIEW This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for an experienced derivatives professional to join Trading 212's Australian operations at the ground level. As Derivatives Analyst, you will serve as a subject-matter expert across both exchange-traded options and over-the-counter derivatives with a particular focus on Contracts for Difference (CFDs). You will work directly with clients to support their trading activity, oversee trade and position monitoring, produce regulatory and management reporting, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the Australian business. WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Support & Advisory - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients with queries relating to their CFD trades, open positions, margin requirements, and account activity - Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to client enquiries regarding product mechanics, pricing, and risk - Assist clients in understanding their derivative exposures, including leverage, mark-to-market movements, and settlement - Liaise with internal teams including Compliance, Risk, and Technology to resolve complex client issues efficiently Trade & Position Monitoring - Monitor live client CFD positions and exchange-traded options activity across all markets and asset classes - Identify and escalate unusual position activity, margin breaches, or risk concentrations in a timely manner - Support the daily reconciliation of client positions against internal systems and external counterparty records - Assist with the management of corporate actions,
