Key Responsibilities: Regular reporting to the Head of Trading Desk and, if needed, escalation to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Real-time risk monitoring during shift Ongoing monitoring of the liquidity provider connectivity including failover initiation (if necessary) and performance as well as its execution quality Exposure adjustments within pre-approved limits Manual hedge execution in line with predefined notional thresholds Minor spread adjustments approval, aligned with the internal policy Handling of first-level escalations of all desk incidents Operation of the 24/7/365 Trading Desk, including shift handover Ongoing coordination with the Trading Desk team Requirements: Preferably with a degree in finance, economics or a comparable qualification At least 3+ years of professional dealing desk related role Stro
