Must Have
5+ years project management, 5+ years team leadership, Experience with carbon markets, Experience working with private sector, Commitment to gender and social inclusion
Nice to Have
Experience in climate change mitigation and climate finance, Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion related to gender and disability for establishing inclusive business modality, Experience in project communications, knowledge management, or media engagement, Experience working with DFAT or other international donor compliance frameworks
What You'll Do.
Support project management and implementation activities
Coordinate with counterparts
and monitor deliverables and activities
Supervise annual work planning
Identify implementation risks and propose mitigation actions
Maintain oversight of project risk register
Act on behalf of Team Leader when delegated
Lead design and implementation of mini-Circular Economy pilots
Conduct technical studies/reviews of best practices/modalities
Write baseline report and proposal for mini-pilots
Develop partnership for co-implementing
Secure formal agreement and approval
Ensure effective implementation of mini circular economic pilots
Provide direct oversight of Operations
and timeliness of technical deliverables
Ensure integration of GEDSI
Support adaptive management by tracking progress
Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Ensure alignment of project approaches with national priorities
Supervise Senior Project Coordinator
Support alignment across project teams and consultants
and motivate team members
Promote clear communication
