What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, 7 years of management experience, Direct client contact experience, Full responsibility for projects, Ability to present professionally to clients, Maintain a 'seller-doer' approach, Routinely interface with clients, Keep client properly informed, Working conceptual knowledge of BIM/Revit, Working conceptual knowledge of AutoCAD, NCARB certificate holder, Active Registered Architect (RA) license
Nice to Have
LEED AP or other sustainability certification, Obtain sustainability certification within first 6 months, Advanced knowledge of building systems, Experience in implementation of various building systems, Experience with aviation projects, Experience coordinating multi discipline work, Experience directing work effort of junior staff, Advanced knowledge of building systems is a plus, Experience in implementation of various building systems is a plus, Experience with aviation projects is a plus, Experience with rail projects is a plus, Experience with transit projects is a plus, Experience with commercial projects is a plus, Experience with education projects is a plus
