TS/SCI with polygraph, Five (5) years of program management experience, Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, Management experience with P&L responsibility, Personnel management experience, Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts, Manage items including project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables, Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment, Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills, Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, Solid independent judgment, Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations, Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects
Nice to Have
PMP or equivalent, Certifications in quality control or assurance, Experience with managing secure facilities
