Must Have

TS/SCI with polygraph, Five (5) years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions, Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, Management experience with P&L responsibility, Personnel management experience, Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics, Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment, Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment, Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations, Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects

Nice to Have

PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities
