U.S. citizen with active secret clearance, PMP Certification required, Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related, 12+ years supporting enterprise IT operations, engineering, modernization, architecture, or automation, IAT Level II certification or higher, Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments in DoD or Federal sector, Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud or hybrid environments, cybersecurity operations, enterprise automation, and IT service management platforms, Experience supporting automation and orchestration technologies
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in related technical field, Experience supporting Army, DEVCOM, NETCOM, or research-focused DoD environments, Experience with Nutanix, Cisco networking, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ITIL v4 certification, Experience supporting classified and unclassified enterprise environments, Experience supporting research computing or HPC environments, Experience working in a DoD environment

Partner with ARL stakeholders to improve researcher experience
and implementation efforts
Support integration of cybersecurity requirements
Lead technical assessments and engineering analysis
Support development of technical roadmaps
Participate in technical working groups
Identify technical risks
Support technical staffing coordination
