The DPM will partner with the Program Manager to oversee contract execution, ensure high quality service delivery, and maintain operational excellence in a complex, fast paced defense IT environment. This role is essential to sustaining mission readiness, continuity of operations, and the successful delivery of enterprise IT services supporting thousands of users. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Operations Support the Program Manager in daily leadership of a multi-disciplinary IT service delivery team across multiple disciplines. Oversee contract performance, staffing, resource allocation, and adherence to SLAs. Lead internal and customer meetings, briefings, and communications. Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
