**[What the role is]** As a Deputy Manager/Manager in the Organisation Development (OD) Department, you will be under the Corporate Affairs & Development Division, which manages the strategic planning, international partnership, communications and marketing functions of ITE. **[What you will be working on]** The OD Department oversees an exciting and diverse portfolio of work, including but not limited to corporate planning, organisational excellence, staff innovation and quality service management. You will have opportunities to be exposed to different areas of work and/or cross-functional projects. In line with ITE’s focus on digitalisation, OD officers are expected to learn and be open to applying new technology in their work. **[What we are looking for]** We value candidates who have a growth mindset and a keen sense of perspective, and are resourceful, proactive and able to work well in teams. As a member of the OD team, you must be an effective communicator with strong analytical and writing skills, including ability to produce simple video content and/or infographics for stakeholder communications. Having experience in staff innovation and service quality-related work is a plus point. You will also be required to support the organisation of corporate events in various modes (physical, virtual or hybrid).
