Must Have
experience in IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS) projects, Hands-on experience in site safety for installation/commissioning projects
Nice to Have
Knowledge of electrical safety, low-voltage systems, and data centre safety
What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance with company EHS policies
Implement and monitor Safety
Health & Environment Management Systems
Conduct regular site safety audits
Oversee safety execution for IBMS
and ACS installation projects
Identify and mitigate site hazards
Conduct HIRA and job safety analysis
Investigate incidents/near misses
Maintain safety documentation
Ensure compliance with Indian statutory safety norms
Coordinate with external auditors and clients
Work closely with Project Managers
Interface with clients
Support management during audits

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site teams; Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors on EHS matters; Support management during audits and escalation scenarios
