Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows across various internal systems. * Perform data extraction from multiple source systems (databases, APIs, flat files), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Manage and optimize SQL databases, including query tuning, stored procedures, and performance monitoring. * Develop ETL processes to clean, transform, and aggregate large datasets for analytics and reporting * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization. * Develop VBA-based automation solutions to streamline data processing and reporting tasks. * Perform data analysis and prepare insights, trend reports, and data validation outputs for stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Technology, Actuarial/Engineering teams) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Ensure strong documentation, version control, and adherence to data governance best practices.
